Pavement on Lighton Avenue sinking

The pavement at the front of our bungalow ( 20 Lighton Avenue ) has been sinking on the side nearest to the road for a while. During the course of the last two weeks it has deepened and the tarmac is also cracking. It is also causing the kerbstones to be displaced.
