Domestic Refuse and Recycling bins obstructing pavement

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

Domestic Refuse and Recycling bins for No 44 Bullingdon Rd are being permanently stored on the public pavement and are causing obstruction to pedestrians. The bins are being used by the occupants of the house which is a HMO but they are never moved from the pavement after rubbish collection day. This has been happening for at least 6 months.
