Double pit banging due to subsidence outside 6 Pannell Drive.

Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 15:16, Mon 22 February 2021

Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2564418.

This is a dangerous situation, it is not just the lids banging, there is subsidence around the area of the double pit, and the loud banging is the entire pit frames banging against the subsided floor. The block paving surrounding the pit also moves substantially when vehicles pass over. This has gotten significantly worse over the last 6 weeks and has been going on for over a year. This is a bus route and main artery for traffic. It can only be a matter of time before there is some kind of incident. We had a notice through the letterbox over a fortnight ago it was to be fixed in a few days, yet still someone has come only to look at it....the fact that the banging is ridiculously loud, disturbing everyone at all hours will be insignificant if there is motor incident in this spot due to the collapse of the pit.
