All the trees and bushes need cutting back on Walnut Road. Very busy road and narrow path.

    This is the result of intentional vandalism of the sun trap seatng area overlooking Torquay Harbour facing Victoria Parade Torquay. This due to to prevent rough sleeping?? and drug abuse, needles found under seating??. Its Failed on every count, what has replaced the seating, will not stop anybody who needs shelter from laying across the top of badly built wall with a planting area, with a few straggaley Palm plants. This also provides a seating area, and the ability to now hide needles in the earth now in the middle. Disgraceful action of the loss of Public facilities once again by removing seating because of the lack of forethought in dealing with homelessness and the inherent problems of drug abuse.
