Road traffic signage litter out of control

The amount of plastic littering the verge and fully along the side of the a4130 (trainline side) is becoming a disgrace. The bollards are knocked over on a daily basis and they are simply thrown out of the way into the verge and replaced. When will all the broken ones be collected up? Or is the plan to leave them until the grass grows over them so they can be left littering the verge indefinitely. Not a welcoming sight at the entrance to the town, and plenty of workers capable of going to pick them up properly.
