Pothole as soon as you turn into Hill Rise, stones flying up at my car everytime a car drives through it!

This pothole has been here for months and is getting worse over time. It is right next to my car and ask you can see from the photo each time a car drives through it stones and water go up my car and it’s starting to get scratched.
