Raised joint

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2555501.

I have reported this raised joint many times, without any action by HCC. It is now spreading across the carriageway from the centre of the roundabout, causing a sharp bump that is now worse than ever. This problem was first reported in 2010 and has never been fixed. It was once marked, but no action taken.
