From bend by 83/84 Blackpond Lane down to 78 (worst outside 81 Christmas Tree Cottage 82 Blackpond House (where a ditch)

Ditches need clearance. Debris washing down hill from further up Blackpond Lane. This has filled ditches & water from heavy rain & from spring further up road cannot drain this accumulates on the road surface causing a skid hazzard (or black ice when low temperatures). Due to being between 2 bends in the road cannot be seen until a car is upon the flood - also high risk as no footpaths on this part of Blackpond Kane so fear an accident with pedestrians & vehicles or people being soaked by speeding passing cars going through water accumulation or pedestrians walking not seeing the ditches if trying to avoid flood as under water. If they are trying to keep off the road. Ditches from 84 down past 82 (very flooded), 78 - 76
