Large foods , dangerous as lifted loads of bricks on drive way ,now uneven surface

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2551945.

Highway drain too high to collect water so not collecting any rain water at all , hence all coming in my driveway , worried as elderly parents will fall on lifted bricks as now very uneven surface. Extreme damage has been caused.Needs urgent attention.Have put new drain in on my front drive but it is water from highway that is flooding in . Please help.location of highway drain just outside my house to the left. Have had 2 members of your team asses it 2 years ago to confirm problem . Many thanks Sonia Branigan. 01491 838526
