Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2548310.

There is a house which I believe must be flats due to the number of people living in it. They are constantly leaving mass amounts of junk and rubbish flowing over the streets, trolleys included. It is making the street look disgusting and tonight they have decided to walk some of there junk and put outside my house, it is not fair. There are a number of people living in this 1 flat and I assume it is council, the family i would say it is are not English and about 6 adults in 1 flat.
