Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2548040.

Lords Lane flooded outside Hillside Primary school. A well known issue. Drain is breached and overflowing. Have tried to contact Anglia Water but on hold for an hour and their website is down
