Pedestrian crossing buttons not working

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2547620.

Of four of the buttons that you push to cross Harts Farm Rd at the crossing near Ketts Park, two are not currently working (one on either side). You press the button, but the light doesn't come on, and the signals never change.
