Dog waste bin lid has fallen off and needs replacing

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2546055.

Dog was bin lid has corroded and fallen off. Whole bin needs to be replaced as cannot be repaired.

Still not fixed, the bin needs to be completely replaced, if not the fly's in the next few weeks will be horrific.
