Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2543157.

Flood water on road, the water is particularly dangerous at night as the street lights end just before the water so you cant see it's there and this is a 50mph road.
