House number 48 have been blocking 'their' parking space with cones so no-one else could park there. There is no allocated parking in this area- the spaces are for everyone. They then painted on the curb number 48 so no-one else would park there. Now they have drawn on their own disabled bay (not from council). They are not even displaying a blue badge to be able to park in the spot that they have created! This parking is public and shared.
