Degraded verge, deep rut on side of the road

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2539594.

There is a deep rut on the edge of the road and verge. This is hazardous under wet and snowy conditions since it is no possible to see the edge of the road and verge. A number of vechiles are therefore driving on the verge making the issue gradually worse. Furthermore, pedestrians have no pavement access and must walk into speeding oncoming traffic.
