Impassable footpath

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category by Tim Abell at 09:29, Wed 10 February 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2537251.

The drainage isn't working for about 40 meters of this dirt footpath, it's become a lake at one point with no way round it. The next section is 6" deep mud due to lack of drainage and extended heavy rain combined with many more people out walking due to covid. There is a ditch down the side and a little stream at the bottom of the incline so perhaps re-digging the ditch and adding a few sideways channels would sort it out.
