Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later

Lots black bags and other stuff bared wire all bit bumped up field. If you go through gate in moulsecoomb way .walk up turn right follow muddy path you see tree covered in plastic all rubbish junk chucked there. Wire loose on floor very dangerous
