This car has been sat parked there since the end of July and has only moved once to face the car the other way. It’s causing a lot of problems as other people who live in our close can’t park there as they used to because this car will not move. I wrote 2 polite notes that went on to the window asking can they please move the car further back so another 2 cars park there. Both notes were taken and no action was taken. My mum went round to the house and politely asked if they can move the car back about 2 metres and still no action was taken by them( the notes were done a couple of months ago and my mum went round a few months ago aswell.) Last night I went round and asked nicely would you be able to move the black car either forward more or back and the man got very aggressive and nasty to me and said if your mum leaves notes on that car again I will make you and your mums life very difficult and I’ll come and park near your house and then proceeded to tell me to piss off and slammed the door on me. It’s causing problems as this car has not moved since July and no one is actually using the car. I’m not even sure if the man in our close is the actual owner of the vehicle as his son was the owner of that car a few years back. This car needs to be put on this mans driveway as it’s not moving and people are now starting to get really annoyed about it being there all the time. This problem has been going on since July last year and it’s now February that’s been 7 months. Oh
