Churned up verges, much mud.
Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 16:33, Fri 5 February 2021
Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2527821.
I believe the ruts in the grass verges were caused by gas works and possibly removal trucks. The verges are a dreadful sight, badly churned up and mud spilling onto the pavement. As soon as it rains, there's a quagmire.

The area is still an area of rut-ridden verges and is a disgrace to the area, making it look run-down and neglected (which it is)!

Council are lazy and incompetent. It's not a Covid issue as it's an outside job. It's still a disgrace.

I didn't bother voting for any councillors this time. Same old, same old and utterly useless. Only interested in themselves and their ratings, but can't get a simple thing like a messed up verge fixed.
