Burst pipe

We were driving home and noticed a lot of water on the road, it looks like a burst pipe on the side of the road that’s putting out a lot of water? I don’t know how long it has been present for but there is a lot of water.

    Car parked in the middle of road (Vf55 hlk). On Denton Lane, opposite lower farm entrance, Denton. Has been there since very early in the morning. I dont know why anyone would park there, maybe it was stolen. Do think it should be removed as it could cause an accident at night. Thanks
