Flooding. Footpath regularly impassable.

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2523081.

The river is regularly flooding the footpath that goes underneath the A10. The diversion is a long way. Something needs to be done with the river to stop it flooding the footpath.
