Sent to Kent County Council and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2523062.

Water flooding across the roads as well as partial flooding half roads, in several places water running down the roads. drains blocked, more than 2 in of water can cause a car to aquaplane,
