Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
There is a lot of rubbish and general litter along the verges of the A40, extending from slip road to Carterton east until the slip road from Witney after the dual carriageway ends. There are some large sheets of plastic and other debris along the verges, causing pollution.
Much of the litter has been removed which is great. However, there is still a lot of plastic in the bushes and trees as well as a great deal of litter in the central reservation, as well as some huge plastic bags on the verges.
