Flooding due to road repair

Sent to Chichester District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2521250.

The road was repaired in November 2020, the road height has been increased to the height of the drop kerb. So when it rains, some water does flow into the drain but the majority comes over the drop kerb and is flooding 2 properties. Any rain we have cues this flooding.
