Dog fouling

There is not enough dog poo bins. When there was dog poo bins they were overflowed and poo bags were on top and around the bin. Residents are allowing their dogs to poo in the street, in peoples gardens and in the park. There is dog poo bags been thrown in the park. Dog poo is getting out of hand - the area should be called SHITFORD Fields instead of Stortford Fields!! Fines should be put in place.
