Inferior / Dangerous Road Surface

Reported via Android by Kevin Marriott at 13:36, Tuesday 2 February 2021

Sent to Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

A section of 'Tarmac' road at the tee junction of Packwood Avenue and Meyers Road Hillmorton is of a different standard to the three adjoining sections (Please see the attached picture). The surface appears more compact and smoother. During the recent icy conditions the lack of grip / traction on this surface was very apparent both for vehicles and pedestrians alike. My self and many of my neighbors slipped and fell as a result. Could this be investigated and rectified before more serious injury is cases. Thank you.
