Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2517195.

Giant bits of circular concrete looks to have been dumped on the grass verge. But where it has been dumped you can only get there 1 way and that is coming from banbury going past the speed camera and turning onto the slip road before the flyover.

    The concrete sections are still on the verge with smaller debris on the road side kerb.
