Belisha beacon illuminated post stopped working

Only one of the Belisha Beacons on the zebra crossing at the top of Borstal Hill has its illuminated plastic post working. As in the attached photos, the one on the Meadow Walk side of the road isn’t coming on. Not even on one side of the post as some do.
