Accessibility trail flooded most winters

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:44, Sun 31 January 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2513323.

The all weather surface of the trail around the coast by Cams Hall is a great idea, however the path is flooded for most of the winter making it difficult for those in wheel chairs to make use of it and causing walkers to bypass it to avoid deep puddles and long stretches of water. Could Fareham council consider improving the drainage to stop this happening in future? And could the path be cleaned of leaf mould each Autumn to make it less muddy?

The worst section is in the woods to the west of Cams Hall down the side of the creek opposite Bath Lane.
