Pavements moving/damaged

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2511364.

The pavement for pedestrians access to the urban park is moving/damaged (Right hand side on approach to barrier). This is due to cars using it to turn around before the urban parks gate. The paving slabs are raised and are a trip hazard thanks to thoughtless car drivers parking across the entrances. Can the council add white/yellow lines to stop parking across the two entrances and strength the pavement up if cars continue to turn/park on them?
