Sent to Blaby District Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2508039.

This has been on Harrow Close joining on to Forest House Lane for a LONG time maybe a year or more. Last week it froze then with snow on top was not obvious and a lady walking on it slipped over. Fortunately only shaken but could have been much worse.
