Whenever I walk past these flats I see a hand hanging out the window dropping ash or throwing cigarettes out the window. They don't look to see if anyone walking past. More and more appear every day. It's the top left hand window they are coming from. The flats are on Knighton fields road east, immediately past the railway bridge on the left hand side just before the park going towards saffron lane. This has been happening for about two weeks.

  • This is filthy, why would someone live like this, plus there are people living downstairs so have this mess whenever they open windows.
