Trimmed shrubbery just left in a heap and not removed

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2505518.
I live at 2 Buxton close. I wanted to email the parish council to ask if they are able to help with a problem I’m having.
For years lots of shrubbery (and a tree) grew and it started to hang over the road. The land is not mine - after receiving a letter in October 2020 asking me to cut it back or have to pay fees from NCC for them to trim I explained it was not mine land and had deeds proving this. They confirmed this was the case and agreed to clear this. I attach photos of how they left it after trimming it. I had thought they may come back and take away the rest but haven’t.
I had to remove myself loads of cuttings from my garden and LOAD was just left, fallen and hanging all over my caravan - I have cleared all this myself. Gradually I have been filling up my brown bin and bin bags to try and remove all this but it’s taking so long. It feels a little harsh too given that this land and cuttings are not my responsibility. I already paid 350 last year to have the tree cut back which I emailed Norfolk county council saying I had done this as a support to this work.
I have included a picture of the pile of bags I still have to take to the tip and there still is loads left! They haven’t removed all the shrubbery anyway and I suspect in spring it will all sprout up again. My fence has all been damaged by the shrubbery growing on and over it. Is there anything that can be done? I will keep chipping away at it each week in the mean time...
