Drain blocked and full of water

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2504909.

This drain is almost constantly blocked for years now. It fills with water that doesn't drain away so it seems highly likely that the actual pipe is blocked. Problem is exacerbated by the fact that the next drain is also partly blocked - this is being reported separately
