Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2504753.
2 cars are permanently parked on the pavement, bottom left side, preventing pedestrian use. Additionally making access to the end of the close for refuse collection delivery services etc. difficult, due to parking which is legal on the opposite side of the road. Whilst occasional visiting parking is tolerable the last 11 months have seen this become standard constant practice.
