Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2499422.

It’s been flooded for about 10 days now and more rain is expected. The next drain along is blocked so probably the one under the water is too. Very dangerous as it’s on the lorry route.
