Huge pothole around loose drain cover opposite memorial

The drain cover has a large area of unfinished concrete around it. Not only does the depth of the hole pose a trip hazzard for padestrians but is also dangerous for drivers passing over it. The noise from the roadside is clunky and from our home is causing a real disturbance. It sounds as if the cover even lifts up and off the ground when larger vehicles pass over it. The cover needs investigation and the surround filling in to make it a more smoth and seamless finish for drivers.
