This bin at Lade Fort is missing its lid, although the users are doing the right thing by putting their rubbish in it the lack of a lid means the winds are distributing it around the area, which results in a members of Litter Picking Watch constantly clearing the area of unnecessary litter (see attached photos) Please can you rectify this a.s.a.p, it’s not much to ask to solve a simple problem It has been previously reported several times Thank you Eric Brown Admin LPWRM
