AT EXIT ONTO N.C.ROAD FROM REGENTS AVENUE FROM DIAL A RIDE PREMISES.This extremely harmful weed has been growing at same location for nearly 1 year and has been reported numerous times STILL no-one has attended

  • This Japanese Knotweed is now more than half way up to the roof of the building it is growing against. Dial=a=Ride or Enfield Council need to take urgent action.
