Metal storm drain cover broken

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2495079.

Down Martin Road, opposite Havant FC. The metal cover of the storm drain in kerb is broken, presenting a hazard to pedestrians & vehicles.
