No one has contacted me or investigated this. I was contacted regarding the other ticket I raised (which was also closed erroneously) and it looks like this was just closed without actually reading it. It needs re-opening and investigating as the tree root has caused damage to the cross-over and to part of the drive on the property - as per the photos attached when the report was created. This is a trees and Highways matter.

If you believe a Council-maintained tree is causing damage to your property you will need to complete a claim form. Bromley currently have a shared Insurance Service with Sutton Council and an online claim form can be completed and submitted via Sutton’s website: https://www.sutton.gov.uk/ info/ 200436/ customer_services/ 1146/ insurance_service/ 2
The issue regarding the crossover will be passed to the Highways Team to investigate further.
