The drains at this point in the road are clearly blocked and not draining the land sufficiently. This had led to flooding of the pavement and across the road. This happens every time there is a downpour no matter how large. the flooded area is next to the road entrance to the primary school meaning access is being impacted. The pavement, used by many parents is not passable. the flooding has also covered the verge and resulted in approx 1/2 of the schools staff carpark also being flooded / underwater.

  • It a known fault in the school that the council knows about it not drains when I use to work there we spent many weeks to look into it. It all come down to money the school water table is low and the soakaway pit needs to be redone the inisiol price cost came around £9998. How I use to say anything over ten thousand council pays. And it will get worst to till it done. Yours G Griffith
