Car park lighting not working

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2489183.

There are at least 2 groups of lights not working in Morrisons car park - unsure whether this would be GYBC or Morrisons. They are new lights too. They are in the car park - 1 at the top towards the hairdressers and the next one along towards the exit. If it isn't yourselves, please let me know who I need to report this to. Thank you.
