Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2488187.

Roadwide flooding every time it rains; the problem was reported in the news over 6 years ago, despite countless complaints from residents, the issue has not been looked after yet.

    The flood almost covers the entire road and therefore is easily noticeable/
