Bad road condition: Bumpy and uneven road

The surface of the road is uneven and bumpy to the point it causes damage to the tyers. It's been like that for 2 years and HCC refuses to fix it despite 3 complaints.

  • I recieved an email claiming the problem did not exist.

    After challenging I was told the road needed relaying which would has been added to a queue, but I don't know where on the queue this issue sits, how long it is going to take or where to check.
