PROW 27. Edge of byway collapsed into ditch.

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2487632.

Recently 2 vans have got stuck in the ditch & as a result of being towed out the edge of the byway surface has collapsed into the ditch. There are also deep ruts in the surface currently hidden by the partial flooding of the area. This is a danger to any users of the byway.
