Rear communal area of block 25 to 30 in South Morgan place, Riverside is dangerously slippery and a constant ongoing health hazzard to tenants in this block. The grease is increased in size over the last three to four months and is spread outside the rear communal door step, electric cupboard and slabs. Steps are slippery causing problems with going out to put rubbish in the bin area. This has been reported via emails to the council ASB and Tenancy Management over the period. The problem continues causing concern for the well-being of people living here, environmental health issues and shameful deprivation of using the communal area and garden during this very difficult Covid 19 lockdown situation and Tier 4 restrictions. Your support and any suggestions, guidance and advice on how further this problem can be dealt with will be very much appreciated. Or if there are any authorities that I need to contact directly please forward me with their details or links. Thank you.
