Three cars all parked in the contraflow cycle lane, taken at 4.30 pm on the 18th Jan. I don’t expect you to do anything as your parking wardens are incompetent but I’m providing evidence that this problem has been brought to your attention for when there is an accident involving a bicycle along there.
