Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2485619.

All along the public foot/cycle path from rose Hill, the the way to the river bridge, there is a significant amount of litter and fly tipped items. Apart from litter, there are things like shopping trollies, clothes and other larger objects that have been clearly dumped by nearby residents.
